About this item

Salted caramel piped inside of an eclair 4x the length and twice the width of a typical eclair! Enrobed in a chocolate glaze with almonds, topped with pipings of mascarpone cream and chocolate ganache, then finished with chunks of our Belgian chocolate chip cookies. Treats 4-6 people.
