About this item

A go-to favourite for picnics, parties and office treating, our Flourless Fondant is rich, dense and impossibly soft, with an almost brownie-like texture. Naturally gluten free, it’s a true crowd-pleaser — and conveniently sturdy, easy to transport and happy out of the fridge all day. Insider tip: it’s at its best at room temperature. Or warm a slice for 10–20 seconds in the microwave and it transforms into a 'molten lava' decadent chocolate treat.


Make it a little more special with our Fresh Berry Arrangement: a sculptural finish of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and red currants, hand-arranged across the top and dusted with snow sugar.
