Our 40cm long ultra grand version of a reinvented mille-feuille (aka, vanilla slice), featuring a cradle of puff pastry to hug all the delicious components, including: homemade hazelnut praline, vanilla whipped creme patisserie, crushed roasted hazelnuts. Serves 4-6 of your lucky guests. Our evolution of the layered mille-feuille, ensuring the perfect bite without any squish-out-the-sides-before-its-on-your-fork mess! Alcohol free, but contains nuts, gluten dairy and eggs. Traces of allergens may be present as everything is made on site.
