Black Eye Forest Tart

Something sinister is staring back... Our indulgent Black Forest Tart has taken a rather wicked turn for Halloween. Beneath its bloodshot stare lurk layers of dark chocolate ganache, poached cherries, chocolate sponge and mascarpone whipped cream, all nestled in a sweet chocolate tart shell. Finished with a watchful chocolate eye, raspberry chocolate veins and a rather gruesome surprise when sliced: a delicious ooze of cherry sauce.
